Your privacy and confidentiality is respected. All the personal information collected from you is used for communication between us and to deliver purchases. I do not share my mailing list or personal information provided when signing up for my newsletter, contacting me, or purchasing my products and services.

Newsletter

My newsletter is hosted by Button Down. I also have a newsletter hosted on Substack. You understand and agree that when you sign up for either one, your information resides in their system so that I can send the newsletters to you.

Payments

Payments are provided by Stripe and Paypal. I do not have access to your financial information.

Stats

Statcounter may also be used from time to time to understand my website statistics.

Terms

All materials distributed through the Rose Heart Harmonic shop is to be used privately. The Creative Commons license does not apply to items sold through the shop and this content should not be redistributed or republished.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, once purchased, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Music

The music played on this podcast is royalty free. That means either:

1) It’s offered by the artist under a creative common license that allows it to be played.

2) It’s offered by the artist under public domain which allows it to be played.

2) It’s offered under a license that I’ve paid for.
