Ep 1: Self Love – The Antidote to Deep Wounds
Episode Excerpt:
We don’t understand that every soul has a plan and our job can be to help support people, not to control them. Our job is to offer guidance when it’s our place to – not to make anyone feel any sort of self-doubt or self-hatred.
Oh the harm we cause with these biases, judgments, and condemnation. Parents, schools, caregivers or support workers – be careful how you talk to people, and about them because if you are part of the problem, you’ll never be a part of the solution. The level of consciousness needs to be raised to understand that love is the answer.
Nobody needs to spend their life working to get your approval. That is not the point of life.
The more we respect ourselves and our own rights to live happy, peaceful, and free lives – the more we become willing to protect those same rights for others.
